Who is Kelly Osbourne?

And who doesn’t know Kelly Osbourne, daughter of two famous celebrities? Daughter of the lead vocalist of Black Sabbath Ozzy Osbourne and business women and celebrity host Sharon Osbourne, Kelly Osbourne is an English singer and songwriter. She was born in Westminster, London. She has a brother and a sister, Jack and Aimee, and two half-siblings, Jessica and Luis. She also has an adopted brother Roberto Marcato, but he is not officially adopted. Because her dad was doing tours all around the world, they weren’t a stationary family, living in 20 homes, from the USA to the UK.

She was on the TV reality show The Osbournes, which aired from 2002 to 2005, that showed the family’s day-to-day life. She also played Wendy in the movie Peter Pan in the Queen’s Handbag, and Mama Morton in the musical Chicago.

In 2004 she started her fashion line, Stiletto Killers, which consists of rock-style clothes with profanity on them. She did a little bit of modeling, like Heatherette in 2006, appearing in the Season One, Two and Three of Project Catwalk as a guest judge as well. She also raised charity for mothers in Haiti in 2010 were she modeled a Chris Benz dress. She then became the host of TV series Fashion Police with Joan Rivers, but in February 2015 she quit the show after some “heat” with her co-host’s attitude and comments on the show.

She appeared on Dancing with the Stars on August of 2009, where she was paired with champion Dutch dancer Luis van Amstel, where they placed third. The same year, she was arrested for slapping columnist Zoey Griffin after she had made fun of her boyfriend at that time. The same year that she also got engaged to model Luke Worrall, but that relationship didn’t last long. They then split up in July the following year. She then met a chef by the name of Mathew Mosshart, whom she met at the wedding of Kate Moss and Jamie Hince, and to whom she got engaged to in July of 2013. The next year, she appeared as a guest judge of the premiere of Project Runway: Threads.

She then became a judge on the eight’s season of Australia’s Got Talent in 2015. In that year, she was involved in a controversial situation with Trump and the Latinos, but her comment was misunderstood by many, especially Rosy Perez.

Some of her best singles as a singer are: “Papa Don’t Preach” which got 3rd position in the UK in 2003, and “Changes” that reached number one on the chart the same year, after collaboration with her dad.

Kelly has been criticized for her weight by almost everyone! The situation kept going until 2009 when she decided to lose her extra weight. Kelly embraced three major changes to her diet when she wanted to lose her weight. First, she started eating breakfast on a daily basis. Second, she was drinking water instead of sodas, and third she was snacking every evening. She did not want to follow the vegetarian diet to lose weight.

An example of her diet consists of the following:

  • Breakfast: she had low-fat milk with Raisin Bran or two egg whites with some low-fat cheese.
  • Morning Snack: cucumber slices or dill pickles.
  • Lunch: her lunch was either some grilled chicken salad with low-fat dressing or a chopped salad with chickpeas and low-fat mozzarella.
  • Snack: her snack was either a sugar-free Jell-O or a light baby bel cheese
  • Dinner: she had a turkey burger with steamed veggies or a turkey burger with low-fat cheese and a salad with low-fat dressing.
  •  Evening snack: an apple or a small spinach salad with a low-fat dressing

Kelly has always been called “the chubby one.” She was still insecure in her body and always worried about what to wear. Showing up in a bikini was a never-to-happen situation. However, shocking the whole world, Kelly lost a whole lot of pounds and looked simply breathtaking. Aside from her special diet and a couple of crash diets like her mushroom diet, Kelly was taking weight loss supplements.

Kelly lives in a lovely apartment. So, as part of her new wellness routine, she wakes up every morning, opens the curtain and breathes. This is a morning contemplation session. She believes that when you wake up, you have to be excited about something specific. So, make sure you pinpoint what your special event for every day is. That’s what these few morning minutes are all about.

After her morning contemplation, she gets ready and heads to the gym. Every morning, she does ten minute workouts. This is like a warm-up that gets everything in her body moving. After this small session, she starts her cardio that she does for about 30 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of yoga. Despite her access to personal trainers, Kelly finds her 10 minute workout to work wonders for her.  She admits that she found this exercise on the internet and became obsessed by it. For her, wellness is mental. You have to be right in your head to move on with your life and reach where you want to be.

Rumors of Kelly Osbourne weight loss surgery are not real; her efforts with her diet and workout led her to have a look she has now. She swears that she did not undergo any weight loss operations and that she would not go under the knife no matter what.

This woman showed the world what determination and good faith could lead to. She worked hard, changed her mission in life to a better one dominated by wellness and happiness.
